Ingredients
2oz Dark Chocolate
6oz Milk Chocolate
3/4 Cup unsalted butter
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla excract
4 large eggs
1 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 to 2 table spoons of icing sugar for decoration
Method
Step 1 Pre-heat oven to 175oC
Step 2 Turn on hob to a medium heat
Step 3 Put pan on hob and add boilling water
Step 4 Put bowl over water
Step 5 Put both chocolates and butter in bowl and stir until completley smooth
Step 6 Leave to cool
Step 7 Add sugar and stir
Step 8 Add vanilla and stir
Step 9 Add eggs
Step 10 Stir thoroughly
Step 11 Add salt and stir again
Step 12 Add flour and stir
Step 13 Add chocolate chips and stir thoroughly
Step 14 Line baking tray with butter and flour
Step 15 Pour mixture in and smooth
Step 16 Put in pre-heated oven for 25-30 mins
Step 17 Take out oven and wait till cool
Step 18 Sprinkle icing sugar over them for decoration
Step 19 Cut them up
Step 20 Serve with anything as a pudding
